Main Article: Sargasso, The Ever-Changing City
A lot of locations have appeared in Sargasso and the rest of the continent, some are small like an old stable and some are massive like an entire city block. However, some of these locations aren't exactly that stellar, as some of these locations that pop-up are abandoned big box stores and shopping malls that are in various states of disrepair, with parts of them being stripped of different metals like copper and aluminum.
There is however something that groups of more creative citizens in both The City and the outer limits of it have a thought of when one of these ruins pop up, and that is, "What can I do with this?"
This resulted in two known Big Boxes and one two-story Mall that ended up on the continent, two Big Boxes on the city's surface and the Mall underneath the City getting re-purposed, and all of them getting a unique make-over:
1. One of the two Big Boxes on The City's surface is dubbed "Tosher's Market", a massive bazaar that non-Basuras who do not want to go scavenging in The Sea go to to find what could've possibly be buried miles under The Sea's surface. The different stands that exist in this Big Box are run by a variety of different Toshers, scavengers of The Super Sargasso Sea, who sell whatever items they managed to find in The Sea for whatever profit they can get. Some of the stand owners are non-humans such as Basura, who require a trade in order to get what you want; The Brewborn who usually sell more supernatural items such as potions and charms; and The Nephilim, who sell Soul-Forged wares crafted from the re-forged souls of sinners.
2. The other Big Box on The City's surface is "Squatter's Square", what is effectively an apartment complex mostly for people who came to Sargasso, but their homes didn't come with them, leaving them with nothing but what was on their person at the time of getting transported. Much of the space inside this Big Box is filled with numbered cubicles that have the basic essentials for a living space such as a decent-sized bed and a small, lockable dresser to store ones clothing & whatever items they want to keep. And like a normal apartment complex, the tenant has to pay for the rent, so people staying in these cubicles have to get a job, such as working as a Tosher and selling what you collected at Tosher's Market. There are areas in Squatter's Square that hold places like dining areas, restrooms and bathing areas so the tenants can have other living essentials to go with their cubicle in terms of living conditions.
Writer's Note: This would be a really great place to start for your story if your protagonist is an average joe/jane who first arrived in Sargasso.
3. The two-story mall underneath The City is called "Cloacina's Citadel". This specific structure is hidden within the miles of maze-like sewer systems that rival The Catacombs of Paris in terms of how easily you can get lost and never finding your way out or be found ever again. And while the mall was previously left to decay, it still has electricity so things like the elevators, escalators and water fountains still work. The mall became the home to an entity named Cloacina, a displaced Roman goddess from the time of Ancient Rome that keeps the sewer systems functioning properly and uses the mall as her personal temple. The Citadel is also home to the organization, MUCC, of which the goddess is it's patron deity. Because of the tactical position of this Citadel, many criminals have scoured the sewers to find the mall to use it as a safe haven for lawbreakers, but only those the goddess deems worthy may know the way to her temple safely, so many goons ended up spending hours trying to scour every inch of the sewers before giving up and/or getting permanently lost or worse, ending up in the company of Scratches Malone.
Writer's Note: Cloacina isn't the only displaced deity in Sargasso, which will be explained in a separate Supplement.
Edit: And that supplement is found here.

Sargasso Supplement - Displaced DeitiesMain Article: Sargasso, The Ever-Changing City
The Roman District has several things that make it different from the others. Other then being the only district in Sargasso not from the 19th to 21st centuries, The Roman District has several gods that are from The Roman Pantheon. Though these aren't gods that most people have heard of like Jupiter, Juno or Vulcan, they are relatively obscure and most of them aren't as powerful as the more well known gods. These gods have been known to go outside their district and into the rest of both the city and the continent, to continue their duties as they did back in their world.
Those currently known are as such:
Securitas, goddess of security, especially the security of the Roman empire
Probably the closest thing to a leader to these displaced deities, Securita

New Character Concept: Eros
New Character Concept: A version of The Greek God, Eros, that is closer to his original characterization as a Primordial God that even the other gods fear due to his power of manipulation, being the embodiment of both positive and negative aspects of Love and doesn't care if his manipulations cause so much pain and suffering to those on the receiving end of them. Kinda in the same vein as the Sargassian version of Dionysus as he is very powerful in his domain over Love. In his universe he is basically the reason why gods like Zeus and Poseidon can't keep it in their pants and bang as many random women as possible, why Apollo's love life is so catastrophically bad, why so many weird fetishes are a thing in modern times as Eros is also the god of sexual desires and so on. However the other gods do not dare to raise a hand against him for his manipulation since Eros can easily cause the god who challenges him to fall in love with something very detrimental to them.
Important Message
So I finally got a response to the whole copyright strike debacle and it's all fine now. And due to this, I would like to ask everyone who sees this. If I use a piece of Stock Art from Pixabay and it actually belongs to someone here on DA, here's my message to you: If I used a piece of Stock Art that actually belongs to you, please tell me instead of sending a Copyright Strike. Maybe also share a link that leads to your stock image. I will give you proper credit, or change the picture entirely if you ask me to. I'm not gonna get pissy about it if you'd just ask me. I'd rather not get a strike due to an honest mistake on my part.
New Offal Goddess
I don't know if you guys ever got the update since I can't find a "Notify Watchers" button anywhere, but I added a brand new goddess to my list of Offal Gods. Mahj Timeeater, The Devourer of History One of the most dangerous gods in The Super-Sargasso Sea. Why so is that this god has the power to devour the history of whatever she targets, resulting in that target's history to be re-written to accommodate the changes. Like if she targets someone who experienced some kind of serious trauma in their life, she can eat that point in that mortal's history which re-writes their history as if they never had that trauma in the first place. Or if she targets someone who experienced an event that inspired them to achieve greatness, Mahj can devour that person's experience so they never got the inspiration in the first place. While she may be forbidden from eating the histories of the other gods thanks to her Superior, Mahj still goes among mortals to taste the various delicacies among them. And
